I’m not sure how I stumbled on this site, but I love everything they do.

Bee Things are a husband and wife team that creates sweet, colorful, and witty illustrations, prints and designs. (Seems I keep hearing about husband and wife creative teams which is really cool too.)

I checked their blog recently and found these inspiring prints. There’s a lot of transition and change going on with myself and my friends. And well, spring has sprung.

  • DARK RYE IS NOT STALE

I heard about this through Whole Food’s twitter and via Texas Monthly Daily Post. And this is too delicious (say it like deee-lich-awwws) not to share on here (as Tim was a chef, I love food and my sister lives at Whole Foods!)

Whole Foods is about to unveil a new digital, online magazine, called Dark Rye. The first official issue won’t publish until June or July, but this is the teaser. I’m totally digging it.

Great photography. Fun navigation (easy scroll down method, but there’s some stylish tricks so it doesn’t look so sterile and basic). Handwritten type. Layering. Crafted yet unstuffy. Integrated videos. And there’s some good nuggets of information. It’s so nice and full of life, you forget that this a grocery store online magazine.

    Enjoy your fiber.

  • HELLO SPRING!

Was looking for some inspiration and found these wonderfully fun posters by Heath Killen via Jacky Winter Group‘s fine selection of Australian illustrators. Heath is a graphic designer, illustrator and blogger from Newcastle.

These posters make me feel like dancing for spring. Or maybe skipping! And I hope this will delight your day too.

  • KONY 2012

For those of you not on the social media scene (if you’re not on Facebook, Twitter, etc) you may not have seen this video. However, its something big and important that you need to know about. Please take some time to watch this video. Its long, but after you see it, you’ll understand how impactful this cause is, and how easy it is to help.

The filmmaker, Jason Russell, and his organization, Invisible Children is headquartered in San Diego. After watching the video, go to this link to learn more, see all the celebrities and politicians, sign the petition, and/or get the kit.

Also like to give a shout out to Digitaria, also of San Diego, that created this website LRA Crisis Tracker. It’s a real-time mapping platform and data collection system to help governments, humanitarians, and policy-makers know how to respond better to Lord’s Resistance Army (or LRA).
